SEC615 / MCP-AUTOAPPROVE-CHGRP ​

SEC615 flags MCP configuration when autoApprove includes the exact tool token Bash(chgrp:*).

Why It Matters ​

chgrp changes group ownership. Auto-approving it removes review from shared group-ownership mutation authority.
